Spring Season - (7th of April - 5th of May)
Want to feel more confident, musical, and expressive on the dance floor?
This Bachata Footwork course is designed to help you upgrade your dancing from the ground up.
Over 5 classes, we’ll work on:
• Footwork technique & body control
• Musicality and rhythm awareness
• Styling and personal expression
• Transitions you can use in social dancing
• Confidence to dance solo and shine in couple work
Open level – perfect both for dancers who want to build strong basics and for those who want to add more flavor, sharpness, and freedom to their bachata.
No partner needed.
Just you, the music, and your movement.

End Date: Tuesday, May 5th
We will take a break the 10th of March because of the festival.
Time: 18:30 - 19:45
Class lesson structure:
1. (07/04) Foundations & Weight Transfer Main focus: control, balance, grounding Class
2. (14/04) Hip & Knee Mechanics Main focus: natural hips without forcing Class
3. (21/04) Speed, Syncopation & Musical Play Main focus: rhythm & timing Class
4. (28/04) Lines, Styling & Direction Changes Main focus: visual clarity & presentation Class
5. (05/05) Mix of all the techniques Main focus: enjoying
Your Teacher
LENA will be teaching our footwork class.
With 5 years of teaching experience in Ukraine and abroad, Lena brings a strong focus on technique, musicality, and conscious movement to her classes.
She has participated twice in international Bachata Footworks challenges:
• 100 Days Bachata Footworks Challenge
• 50 Days Lady Style Challenge
These experiences helped shape her structured approach to footwork, body control, and personal expression.
In addition to regular teaching, Olena has conducted several Bachata Footworks workshops, sharing practical tools that dancers can immediately apply to social dancing.
